Hassan began his investing career at 18, opening his first brokerage account on his birthday with $1,000 he had saved—mostly from sharing school lunches with his friends.

The son of immigrant parents, Hassan developed an early appreciation for opportunity and entrepreneurship—launching an online RPG game at age 12 where he sold avatars and gameplay tools to his friends (and learned early what the rush of making something feels like).

He bought his first property in 2016 and formally founded Brighter Estates in 2018 as his portfolio expanded. Today, we operate as an integrated property and asset management firm focused on value-add multifamily investments across Southeast Michigan.

Our values center on directness, sincerity, and smart, low-leverage investing—while developing genuine, long-term relationships in both life and business.

Outside of investing, Hassan enjoys spontaneous trips, and learning something new every day (usually the hard way).
